The friendly staff made our stay! It's hard to communicate just how important the staff was in making this a delightful time for us. A wonderful breakfast was brought to our room each morning just when we asked for it. Staff was quick to give accurate recommendations about best restaurants. Wonderful restaurant choices within a few hundred feet in this quiet neighborhood. The most enjoyable stay I've ever had at a hotel
Our room location was close to the elevator as well as the outside service area so it was a little noisey but somehow that wasn't a problem and everything was quiet by 9:30 pm. Even so I still rated this hotel a 10!!!!

We have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world and this definitely rates as one of the best and nicest. From all of the staff - front desk, hospitality, etc. all were polite, helpful and just plain nice. The room is clean. lovely and comfortable and the amenities are better than most other hotels that are even more expensive. The breakfast being included and even brought to the room at a time we specified made it even more perfect. Thank you for wonderful stay and even making the fog go away during the day.
Not having a parking lot next to the hotel but that is the condition of the town not the hotel. The lot is a short distance from the entrance and they gladly provide a rolling cart to put your luggage on if need be.

This was such a perfect spot to stay in Tiburon.
The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. Michael at the front desk was on top of everything! At the wedding, it became a topic of conversation for the people staying at Water's Edge. The staff is just so polite and hardworking.
Amazing complementary breakfast and coffee/tea.
Located right in town.
Fantastic porch/patio overlooking the water.

i just wrote a very positive trip advisor review but also wanted to make a few suggestions you!
1. need grab bars at shower.
2. A towel rack near bathroom sink would be helpful
3. Your breakfasts were great.. How about mugs for coffee!
Wish you had art work in halls.. i am an artist and missed some kind of display -- perhaps wall hangings?
Add these and I would give you a 10 for sure - we had a great 2 day stay!! Loved your hotel!!
